Inland Rail Gowrie to Kagaru PPP
The Inland Rail Gowrie to Kagaru (G2K) PPP involves building a 128km dual-track rail line, including a 6.2km tunnel and various infrastructure, across several regions. Served as the lead transactional advisor, managing all technical and commercial aspects from the proposal stage through post-implementation.

Brisbane International Cruise Terminal
The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal project involved a market-led proposal from the Port of Brisbane to develop a dedicated cruise ship facility. The role was to provide project management and commercial support to Queensland Treasury, leading interactions and governance to facilitate financial closure for this mega cruise ship terminal project.

Advancing Queensland Schools
Advancing Queensland Schools was a $200 million program to accelerate pre-construction for new schools and upgrades, aiming for construction commitment by 2017. The role was to provide specialist project management advice to the Department of Education, including executive reporting and stakeholder engagement, to ensure the program met its targets on time and within budget.

My role as the Senior Advisor (Project Manager) was to assist various Local Government Authorities to achieve the best quality and value in management for the National Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangement following the 2010-11 floods.
